If you choose not to leave home right now, or you live far away, we recommend preparing your environment in some of the following ways: Find a quiet place where you might go to reflect. Twilight is an excellent time for this. Find an artifact in your home that reminds you of someone you miss. Keep it nearby. Bring along a device you can access the internet with. Seek the sounds of the natural world if you are able. Break the seal inside the box. Breath in the scent it contains. Feel your breath and then watch the video below. Follow along with the map enclosed in the box. When the video arrives at the first named location, pause and explore the rest of the box contents. Follow along with the video and the letter’s narrator as your experience unfolds.
