Rorschach Theatre’s open call for actors
for its 2022/2023 Season has passed…
BUT YOU CAN STILL SUBMIT
and be considered for our 2023/2024 season!
Rorschach’s 2022/2023 season will include three full productions, performing in October 2022, March 2023, and July 2023. There will also be a variety of opportunities throughout the season for readings and small projects – including Klecksography and our Magic in Rough Spaces new play lab. We’ll look to this pool of applicants to consider for our productions and projects. Additionally, with the actor’s permission, we will share application materials with other DC-area theatres who are looking for similar talent.
By clicking on the link below you can share your resume/headshot as well as a link to an audition video. Actors should:
- prepare a 60-90 second contemporary monologue
- give a brief (30 second) answer to a question asked in the form
PLEASE NOTE: The videos will be watched by the Rorschach Staff, but only periodically – usually when an audition is coming up or when we are looking for actors for a reading or other project. Don’t get discouraged if you notice that your video hasn’t been watched right away.
